Rusty is a young mini-labra doodle that has the disposition of a lab and the hypoallergenic properties of a poodle. He loves to play fetch and will always accept organic doggie treats. He also loves his new role as the “therapy dog” for all the patients. He is very well trained and knows that he is not allowed to bring toys in the treatment room. He has been trained to sit under a chair if the patient allows for him to join them during their treatment. Also, if the patient would feel more comfortable, accommodations can be made for Rusty not to be in the office during their treatment.

My goal as a therapist is to empower you to grow into the best vision you have of yourself. I do this by teaching you what I call “Mind 101;” this involves two levels of treatment:
(1) Teaching you coping strategies, mindfulness, and helping you understand the relationship between triggers, thoughts, emotions, and behavior.
(2) Exploring underlying triggers that are driving your problem emotion and/or behavior. My style is direct, engaged, and intuitive. I promise you that you will know more about yourself than you ever knew.
